The CHOPSTICK architecture positions AI outputs only as 'candidate, assistive, or reference materials' and requires them to undergo human review, approval, rejection, deferral, consent, and responsibility. It defines Human Intelligence (HI) not as a higher form of AGI but as a human-centered discretionary structure, separating computational capability from human authority.

Results & Contribution

This framework prevents AI outputs from being mistaken for human judgment, consent, approval, responsibility, or institutional decision. It provides an expanded edition with strengthened academic structure and non-substitution boundaries.
