A non-executable structural methodology for performing multi-layer cross-verification before using AGI outputs in social, organizational, economic, or evidential contexts.
When linking AGI system outputs to roles, responsibilities, authority boundaries, evidentiary references, preservation contexts, or transaction conditions, unverified outputs can lead to incorrect decisions or errors. Existing single-layer verification fails to sufficiently verify the diverse aspects of complex AGI outputs.
Instead of a fixed 15-layer checklist, the number and composition of verification layers are designed variably according to output type, domain risk, role sensitivity, authority boundary, transaction relevance, evidentiary requirement, and preservation context. Role feasibility, output reference, and pre-transaction validation are set as distinct verification-reference domains, recognizing that SCD/BIFACE-style coordinates may operate across heterogeneous output units including document sentences, code functions, image objects, video scenes, subtitles, voice segments, conversation utterances, and revision instructions.
While not presenting an execution system, payment system, legal determination system, evidentiary-confirmation system, or automated validation engine, this paper provides a non-executable structural methodology for cross-verifying AGI outputs before they are treated as socially, organizationally, economically, or evidentially relevant. As Paper 6 of the AGI Structural Alignment Series, it includes unified publication front matter, expanded academic structure, strengthened non-substitution boundaries, and broader cross-domain applicability.
